Make data- driven recommendations for program improvements and adjustments.Design, deliver and evaluate learning resources (online or in person) using a variety of instructional techniques and evaluation methods.Conduct regular assessments and analysis to identify learning and development needs for our game teams.Identify and prioritise the key skills and competencies required for Kingsters at a variety of levels.Execute on our Learning & Development strategy in partnership with leads and HRBPs to identify learning needs aligned to our organisational goals and objectives.Managing the Apprenticeship Levy and reporting back to key stakeholders by creating a suite of data on apprenticeship usage.Creating and providing up to date information for both apprentices and apprentice line managers on the expectations of an apprenticeship such as “required off the job” time and other considerations.Building internal capability to create an in- house centre of excellence for Apprenticeships, including opportunities to become an Apprenticeship provider.Monitor the progress of apprentices, provide guidance, and assess their skill development throughout the program.Establish and maintain partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry bodies to enhance the apprenticeship program's effectiveness.Development of an organisational wide Apprenticeship Levy Strategy, aligned to King’s People Strategy and operationalising this strategy within set timelines.Strategic Apprenticeship Program Management This position encompasses two primary responsibilities: strategically utilising the Apprenticeship Levy and designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning programs with a strong emphasis on talent development and cultivation. As the Learning Consultant for Apprenticeships & Learning Development, you will play a vital role in shaping our approach to Apprenticeships across King and spearhead the implementation of learning initiatives within our game's teams.
